  1. Ok, I HAVE to talk about My Botox Scene Barbie...YO! What was Mattel thinking? Did they not see Child's Play? That would scare the crap outta me if I were a kid. She looks like a Real House Wives 1/6 edition...yikes.

That was one of the most amazing thrifter toy hauls I've ever seen. I noticed a lot of collector diorama items...nice! I'm super jealous of your motorcycle collection. I really need to venture out more because I don't wanna spend crazy amounts on eBay for Barbie horses and cycles.

Very nice haul! Can't wait to see second part.... :-)

    1. LOL Tracy India at "Real House Wives 1/6 edition" and "My Botox Scene Barbie!" I just cant imagine that those dolls were big sellers back when they were released, but for novelty factor alone, it was worth getting since she was in a 3 doll bag that was only $3.95.

You know that one of my dolls is going to have to open up a motorcycle shop! I love them because they are the perfect scale for dolls and don't take up as much room as a car. I know you can still find these types of cycles in stores, but I'm happy to find beat up ones for basically a buck.

Next haul video will be up next Thursday or Friday... no promises though!

    2. I cracked up at Tracy's description of My Scene Fab Faces Barbie. I have Fab Faces Madison, NRFB, and just photographed her last week when I was contemplating selling her. I purchased that Madison along with others when I was on a MS Madison/Westley kick a few years back. She does look peculiar, but when I look at all the My Scene dolls now, they all appear a little odd.

This was truly a super nice haul, Muff. You cleaned up!

    3. Thanks, Debbie! If the Fab Faces doll I found was in better condition I might consider selling her, but one of her buttons doesn't work and her face has seen better days.

  2. Wow!! I had to watch it twice before commenting. You bought some very nice items! OMG, that $10 bin was a dream come true. It contained a lot of really nice pieces. The dolls are awesome as well. The furniture, tea sets, horse, everything is so nice. Did you leave much behind? That has to be the best thrift store ever! Congratulations on this haul!!!

Your pictures are totally awesome. Very clear!

    1. Georgia Girl, yes, surprisingly I did leave VERY much behind, lol. Just today I went for my regular Thursday run and didn't get a single thing. I had two bags in my hand and put them back even though both were just $2.95. As you can see, I buy WAY too much stuff but sometimes it's just too tempting.

  3. Great video! I'm coming to your neck of the woods to shop. OK, how are you storing everything?

    1. Thanks, Ms. Leo! Actually, I'm not storing anything yet. It stayed stuffed in that townhouse for months. I'm prepping for a show so I'm going to see what I'm going to keep and what I'll try to sell off or thrift back. My nook and crannies are awfully full but I'll have to make room somehow.

  5. Wow! I can hardly believe you this all from one thrift store. I could probably stop at every thrift store in the area and not find even 1/10 of that! Some really amazing buys, especially the motorcycles.

    1. Phyllis, I'm telling you it's the best thrift store on earth. I would not be surprised if there are some magical shenanigans going on.

  6. Yes, your thrift store is the bomb.com. To find all of that and MORE at one thrift store is amazing. I'm actually glad I don't live in that area. I would be buying WAY too much, too.

    1. Vanessa, if I had the room I would be going more than once a week, I would be going daily!

  7. That's an amazing haul! I can't decide what I''m most jealous of: the chairs, the wardrobe or the '80s sofa set. I love how happy she is with her three bathtubs!

The botox girl is pretty terrifying. I have one of those too and I'm seriously considering just peeling her rubber face off and turn her into a robot.

    1. LOL, Anderson! Brandy was modeling the heck out of those bathtubs. Perhaps she was envisioning a relaxing soak later on.

  8. Omigoodness! That is an AMAZING haul. Definitely a "too many amazing things to pass up any" situation.

The photo with the three bath tubs is somehow the one I find hilariously wonderful, but I'm endlessly amused by comparing furniture styles, so there's that.

Facial-expression-changing My Scene Kennedy... it's tempting to write fiction about the meeting that came up with that idea, most particularly how the donuts got spiked with mind-altering substances.

    1. Smaller, those tubs are awesome with the claw foot being my favorite. It's actually a little short for Barbies, but Livs should fit in it just fine.

      LOL at "spiked donuts."

  9. Wow, you really found some awesome stuff. Just the selection of chairs on their own is epic!

I'd never seen anything like that singing doll or the expression-changing one, so that was interesting (and in the second case, creepy) to see!

    1. jSarie, I LOVE finding furniture, especially when it's in half decent condition. I keep swearing I'm going to customize it all, but yeah, right.

  10. Amazing haul and great video! The $9.95 bin was a real treasure trove. The prices for those items on eBay are about ten times what you paid.

    1. Thanks, Limbe dolls! That was my first "bin" purchase. They have bins all the time but they are usually filled with stuff like race track parts or building blocks. This was the first time they put a whole bunch of furniture in a bin. It must have been given to them that way and they sold it as a set.

  11. Hello from Spain: awesome dolls 90s I do not recall seeing these as active dolls. I love all the furniture. Dressers, chairs, tables ... it's all fabulous. It is a great store. Very cheap. Keep in touch

  12. Very impressive!!! The singing doll is new to me, the face expressions changing one I had seen before :-). Great purchases, all of them!

    1. Night Owl, I would not call her much of a singer, but perhaps I have different musical tastes, lol.

  14. To niewiarygodne ile wspaniałych rzeczy można tam kupić! Te wszystkie meble, wanny, motocykle są fantastyczne! Bardzo żałuję, że nie ma takiego sklepu w naszym mieście!
Dziękuję za opis, zdjęcia i film!

  17. Amazing haul! I don't think we have anything that comes close to this in my area. If we do, then it's the best kept secret in Atlanta.

    1. LOL, Jewell. I've been to Atlanta only a few times, but nope, I don't recall visiting a super awesome thrift store there.

  18. WOW!

That's some selection. Motorcycles, tubs, 1980s modular Barbie furniture, and cradles. Not to mention the DOLLS.

Glad to read you have the space for more goodies. I enjoy watching your videos and seeing your photos.

    1. Thanks, D7ana! I usually am not a fan of mod design, but I really like that mod furniture set, probably because it's original design and not new stuff revisited.

  20. Wow, you've found some really cool stuff! I love the tubs, the canopy bed, and the little shopping cart. The 2 dolls at the end of the video were really kinda scary. :) Another great video!

    1. Thanks, Roxanne! I like that shopping cart too. The height is a little short but other than that it works just like a real one.

  21. I have those dream furnitures and glow furnitures, my sister had them, I think they are in a box in our basement, I'm still looking for them. That diva chat is cute, we had only the blond version here, looked like a sex toy
